Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and addressing any queries or complaints.
- Cashier Duties:
- Process cash, card payments, Lay-Bys, and customer refunds accurately.
- Balance tills and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Merchandising & Housekeeping:
- Ensure stock is correctly priced, displayed, and readily available on the sales floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and stay informed about promotions.
- Risk Management:
- Tag products in line with company policy.
- Participate in stock takes and remain vigilant for any shoplifting or suspicious activity, reporting it to management.

Skills & Experience Required:
