This includes sharing product knowledge, ensuring stock availability, maintaining the store’s cleanliness, staying on top of the latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.

Qualifications

• Grade 12

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Process customer purchases accurately at the till

• Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value

• Ensure that new and replenished merchandise is displayed on the sales floor

• Maintain ticketing and visual displays in accordance with store guidelines

• Support the manager with daily operational tasks

• Ensure store equipment is secured and properly accounted for

• Adhere to health and safety regulations

• Understand and work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Contribute to action plans designed to minimize stock loss
