Job Description
The role of the Site Manager is to ensure the effective and professional management of the site. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Site Manager will contribute to the continuous improvement of the company by carrying out reasonable instructions from management, ensuring that all teams achieve company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum Grade 12/Standard 10 or equivalent
-
Previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role
-
PSIRA registered (Grade A)
-
Firearm Competency for business purposes
-
At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry
-
At least 2 years’ experience in mall security
-
Knowledge of the Firearm Act and firearm competency
Job Requirements & Other Attributes
-
Proficient in computer use (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint) – an advantage

Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB)

In-depth knowledge of FSS disciplinary procedures

Clean disciplinary record
