Fidelity Vacancies – Site Manager – Cape Town
Fidelity is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations at a designated site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site-specific security requirements are met and that the client’s needs are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong and professional client relationships

Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements

Conduct regular risk assessments of client premises and implement preventative measures

Audit and verify access control registers daily and generate exception reports

Ensure all on-site Security Officers meet contractual requirements

Manage and supervise on-site security staff, resolving issues promptly

Submit relevant monthly reports to both client and internal management

Manage and monitor operational budget at site level
Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security supervisory role, with shopping centre experience preferred

Firearm trained with a clear criminal record

Proven staff management and supervisory experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Strong planning, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills

Must be willing to work shifts and conduct site visits outside of regular hours
-
Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own reliable transport

Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
