Job Description
A vacancy exists for a Site Manager, reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are met and that the client’s needs are consistently and professionally addressed.

Key Performance Areas

• Foster and maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services provided

• Continuously evaluate the service levels and make recommendations to the client for service improvements

• Assess the client’s premises regularly to minimize security risks and establish barriers to potential threats

• Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports

• Ensure that all security officers on-site meet the contractual requirements as specified by the client

• Oversee the general management and supervision of security staff, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly

• Submit relevant monthly reports to both the client and management

• Manage the business budget at an operational level

Skills Required

• Matric certificate

• PSIRA Grade A registered and accredited

• At least 5 years of experience in security supervision, particularly in shopping centre environments

• Firearm trained with a clean criminal record

• Previous experience in staff supervision is required

• Computer literacy is essential

• Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to work shifts and conduct site visits after hours

• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and reliable own transport

• Reside in the Northern Suburbs
