Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth and efficient stock management. The Stock Administrator will collaborate with various departments to forecast stock requirements, monitor inventory, and manage stock replenishment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Track stock movements and ensure accurate records are kept.

• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and distribution of stock.

• Use stock management software to track inventory levels and improve stock management processes.

• Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and inventory turnover.

• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stock loss and increase efficiency.

• Communicate stock availability and shortages to relevant teams.

• Assist with forecasting stock requirements and planning for stock replenishment orders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stock Administrator or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of inventory management best practices.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other stock management software.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
