Clover Gqeberha is seeking an experienced Stock Control Manager to oversee stock transactions and ensure the daily balancing of stock. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong experience in stock management and the ability to work effectively with senior management.
Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4

Fluent in Business English

Experience in working with senior management

Advanced computer literacy
-
Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes

Code 08 Driver’s license

Willingness to travel off-site and stay overnight if required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
-
Report daily stock losses to management
-
Monitor and verify all stock-related transactions
-
Report and finalize warehouse in-transit items, returns, and physical stock
-
Manage stock in line with RH instructions
-
Oversee year-end stock counts, final balancing, and roll-forward processes
Crate and Pallet Management:
-
Ensure accurate CHEP documentation and pallet counts are captured
-
Report on directs and monitor crate count reconciliations
-
Ensure proper capturing of all stock-related transactions in systems
Administrative Functions:
-
Complete delegated administrative tasks
-
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports
-
Contribute to the compilation of the budget
Team Management:
-
Oversee the performance of team members
-
Plan and manage team leave schedules
-
Handle disciplinary matters and manage team development
-
Coordinate training and development initiatives for subordinates
-
Ensure competency in team appointments
Technology and Database Management:
-
Compile and maintain a technology knowledge database
-
Coordinate specialist input and include relevant details in the database

Publish technical bulletins as required
