Description
The Store Manager will lead the store team to achieve business KPIs, including driving sales, managing costs, minimizing stock loss, handling administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities

Drive sales through exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, and implementing promotional strategies.

Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security and stock handling procedures.

Manage costs by promoting efficiency within the store according to the company’s low-cost culture.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company policies and procedures.

Lead a dynamic team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.

Ensure the store meets health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements

Grade 12 qualification
-
Proficiency in English
-
Relevant tertiary education in business or retail is an advantage

Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within retail

Computer literacy (experience with Microsoft or Google GSuite is a plus)
