Description
The purpose of this position is to lead the store team at 5406 Pep Home Pta. Sinoville Centre, ensuring the achievement of business KPIs. This includes driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, minimizing stock loss, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities

Drive sales by focusing on customer service, maintaining store image, managing stock, and implementing promotional activities

Minimize stock loss through a healthy store culture and adherence to security measures, stock management, and cash handling procedures

Manage costs by driving efficiencies in the store and maintaining the company’s low-cost culture

Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines

Lead a dynamic team, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store
Requirements

Grade 12
-
Proficient in English
-
Relevant tertiary education (a degree or diploma in business/retail is advantageous)

Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role

Computer literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite knowledge is beneficial)
