Description
The purpose of this position is to lead a store team in achieving business KPIs, which includes driving sales, managing costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, handling administration, and ensuring that store standards are maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service, effective stock management, and promotion implementation, while maintaining world-class store standards

Minimize stock loss by cultivating a healthy store culture and ensuring adherence to security measures and proper handling of stock and cash

Control costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by implementing efficient store operations

Ensure all administrative duties are performed according to company guidelines

Lead a motivated and dynamic team, responsible for training, coaching, and performance management
-
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and store housekeeping
Requirements
-
Grade 12 qualification
-
Proficiency in English
-
A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is an advantage
-
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role
-
Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is an advantage)
