Purpose of the Position
PEP is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in achieving business KPIs. The role includes driving sales, cost control, risk and stock loss management, administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service, effective stock management, promotional execution, and maintaining a strong store image.

Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture, implementing security measures, and ensuring proper stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by optimising store efficiencies.

Oversee all administrative functions in compliance with company guidelines.

Lead, coach, train, and manage performance of a motivated store team.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
-
Proficiency in English.

A tertiary qualification in business/retail (degree or diploma) will be advantageous.

1–2 years’ retail experience in a leadership role preferred.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite advantageous).
