Purpose of Position
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to achieve key business objectives, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, minimizing stock loss, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities

Increase sales by focusing on exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, managing stock, and implementing promotions effectively.

Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures, as well as following stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving efficiency across operations.

Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out according to company guidelines and standards.

Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for their training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proficiency in English.

Relevant tertiary education, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is an advantage.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
