Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to meet business KPIs, focusing on driving sales, managing costs, minimizing risks, reducing stock loss, handling administration, and ensuring that the store meets world-class standards.
Responsibilities

Drive sales by prioritizing exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards, managing stock, and implementing promotions.

Minimize stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and adhering to security protocols, as well as stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving efficiency and productivity.

Ensure that all administrative duties within the store are completed according to company guidelines and policies.

Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, overseeing their training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proficiency in English.

Relevant tertiary education, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is an advantage.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
