Purpose of Position
The Store Manager at PEP Cell Leeuwfontein Crossing is responsible for leading the store team to achieve business KPIs. This includes driving sales, managing costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, handling administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.
Responsibilities

Drive sales by focusing on customer service, upholding store standards, managing stock, and effectively implementing promotions.

Minimize stock loss by promoting a positive store culture and adhering to security measures, as well as stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture, ensuring operational efficiency within the store.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines and standards.

Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within the store.
Requirements
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proficiency in English.

A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is advantageous.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
