Description
The Store Manager at PEP Cell is responsible for leading the store team to achieve business KPIs, focusing on driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks, minimizing stock loss, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the store maintains world-class standards.
Responsibilities

Drive sales by prioritizing customer service, maintaining high store standards, managing stock effectively, and implementing promotions.

Minimize stock loss by promoting a healthy store culture and adhering to security protocols, as well as stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving efficiencies within the store.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines and policies.

Lead and develop a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for their training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proficiency in English.

A relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is advantageous.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
