Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver on business KPIs. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing costs, reducing stock loss, maintaining exceptional store standards, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales performance through outstanding customer service and implementing high merchandising standards.

Maintain store presentation and image to reflect the brand’s values.

Minimize stock loss by enforcing effective controls, maintaining a healthy store culture, and ensuring compliance with cash and stock handling procedures.

Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by improving store efficiencies.

Ensure all administrative processes and procedures are executed according to company guidelines.

Lead, train, and develop a motivated team, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with business goals.

Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the store.
Job Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).

Proficient in English (written and verbal).

1–2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role (store management experience preferred).

Tertiary qualification in retail or business management (advantageous).

Computer literate (Microsoft Office or Google GSuite experience beneficial).
