Description
The Store Manager – PEP New will be responsible for leading the store team to achieve key business KPIs. This includes driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing stock loss, managing administration, and ensuring the store meets world-class standards.
Responsibilities

Increase sales through excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, managing stock, and implementing promotions.

Minimize stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures.

Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies.

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed according to company guidelines.

Lead and develop a dynamic team, taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store.
Requirements

Grade 12 qualification
-
Proficiency in English
-
A relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail is an advantage

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment

Computer literacy (experience with Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is a plus)
