Mr Price Group is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at our Power Fashion store in Kuruman. This role is ideal for a retail professional with strong leadership skills, a focus on performance, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store turnover, managing expenses, minimizing stock loss, and ensuring that all store operations align with company standards. You will lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve and exceed business targets while maintaining a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and promote sales to meet or exceed store targets

• Monitor stock levels and implement effective stock control procedures

• Control store expenses to align with financial objectives

• Ensure store productivity through effective use of resources

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of store policies and procedures

• Enforce company standards by acting as the custodian of all operational processes

• Lead and manage staff, including performance management and training

• Foster a respectful and professional working environment aligned with company culture

• Deliver a high standard of customer service in every customer interaction

• Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene meet legal and company standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric), with Mathematics as an advantage

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role, preferably in a similar retail environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
