Mr Price is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead the Power Fashion store in Nseleni. This position is responsible for driving store sales, managing operations efficiently, reducing stock loss, and ensuring a high level of customer service and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store turnover targets.

• Manage stock levels effectively while controlling expenses to meet business objectives.

• Optimize store productivity by utilizing available resources and aligning daily operations with business goals.

• Ensure thorough implementation and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Maintain operational standards across stock management, merchandising, and housekeeping.

• Provide leadership and training to store staff while fostering a respectful and performance-driven work environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

• Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage).

• At least 2 years of experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in business English.
