Mr Price is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the Power Fashion team in Port Shepstone. This role is responsible for driving store sales, managing operations, controlling expenses, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by promoting sales and achieving turnover targets.

• Manage stock effectively and control expenses to meet business goals.

• Ensure all store targets are met or exceeded through strategic planning and team motivation.

• Maximize store productivity by using available resources efficiently.

• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency.

• Lead, train, and develop staff, while fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and professionalism.

• Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.

• Maintain store hygiene and cleanliness to meet company and legal standards.

• Take full accountability for all aspects of store operations and team management.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is an advantage).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in a retail environment.

• Strong command of business English, both verbal and written.
