Mr Price is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for Power Fashion. This role is focused on leading a motivated team to drive store sales, manage stock effectively, control expenses, and uphold operational excellence across all aspects of the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed store targets

• Oversee stock management processes to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stock loss

• Control store expenses in alignment with business goals to maintain profitability

• Maximize the effective use of store resources to ensure high levels of productivity

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock, operations, and administration

• Lead, train, and develop all store associates, creating a performance-focused team culture

• Uphold a professional and respectful environment that aligns with company values and supports staff wellbeing

• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all interactions meet or exceed expectations

• Monitor and maintain high standards of store hygiene and cleanliness in line with legal and company requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics as an advantage

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role, ideally within a similar fashion retail environment

• Strong command of business English, both written and spoken
