Studio 88 is looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, customer-focused, and able to drive sales while effectively managing store operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a great in-store experience

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence

Manage staff scheduling, stock handling, and daily administrative tasks

Maintain accurate stock control and implement measures to minimize stock losses

Apply visual merchandising techniques to optimize product displays and floor layouts
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
Required Skills and Competencies

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Well-spoken with a strong command of English (Afrikaans is advantageous)

Experience and Qualifications

Grade 12 / Equivalent (essential)

2–5 years’ experience in a retail sales environment

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within retail (essential)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience in managing, mentoring, and guiding staff
