Description
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to meet business KPIs. This includes driving sales, managing costs, mitigating risks, reducing stock loss, overseeing administration, and ensuring that the store maintains world-class standards.
Responsibilities

Increase sales by focusing on exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, managing stock effectively, and implementing promotions.

Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures, as well as stock and cash handling procedures.

Manage costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving efficiencies within the store.

Ensure that all administrative duties within the store are completed according to company guidelines.

Lead a dynamic team of Dynamos, taking responsibility for their training, coaching, and performance management.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store.
Requirements
Job Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proficiency in English.

Relevant tertiary qualification, such as a degree or diploma in business or retail, is advantageous.

Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.

Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite (advantageous).
