Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Stores department. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the Stores Clerk position, based at the Bloemfontein Manufacturing site. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Supply Manager.

Key Purpose
The primary responsibility is to issue, receive, and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that customers receive the right quantity and quality of spares, equipment, raw materials, and tools according to their specific needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and issue inventory items.

• Resolve situational problems efficiently.

• Enforce and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

• Provide inventory information to relevant stakeholders.

• Compile and issue documentation and reports as required.

• Report on disposed waste and obsolete materials.

• Monitor and ensure delivery schedules are met.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with Mathematics.

• Stores/inventory management certificate.

• At least 2 years of stores experience.

• Computer literate.

• SAP and Excel experience will be an advantage.

• Clean criminal and credit check.
