Additionally, the Supervisor ensures customers have a positive shopping experience by providing product knowledge, ensuring stock availability, maintaining store standards, staying on top of the latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Process customer merchandise through the tills

Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value

Ensure that new or replenished merchandise is displayed on the sales floor

Ensure that ticketing and visual displays are correctly set up

Support the manager with day-to-day duties

Supervise employees and ensure they are performing daily tasks effectively

Ensure all required administration tasks are completed, including daily banking and inventory management

Ensure that store equipment is secured and accounted for
