Mr Price is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to join the Sheet Street team at Mark Park, Vereeniging. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving store performance, motivating your team, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key part in achieving sales targets, maintaining visual standards, and helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales and turnover targets

• Contribute to creating a welcoming and customer-first environment

• Motivate and inspire the team to deliver high performance and meet store goals

• Assist in executing promotions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a well-presented store

• Lead by example and help manage store operations when the Store Manager is not available

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment

• Proven ability to lead a team is an advantage

• A passion for homeware and creating beautiful living spaces

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
