Pepkor is seeking a driven and experienced individual to take on the role of Supervisor. This position supports the Store Manager in maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies, stock management, and cost control in line with budget expectations. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional store performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification

• Three to five years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant

• Computer literacy

• Strong communication skills

• Additional qualifications in retail or business will be advantageous

• High standards of housekeeping and sales floor maintenance

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and increasing profits
