Clicks Group is looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join its merchandise team. This role is responsible for translating category strategies into effective and visually appealing planograms, ensuring alignment with merchandising principles and in-store execution standards.
The Visual Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring the product display aligns with rate of sale, shelf capacity, and strategic placement within each store cluster. This includes managing the visual ranging of products to ensure all planogram rules are met, and maintaining the store clusters associated with each category to support changes in macro space.
Working closely with category and assortment teams, the Visual Merchandiser provides input that influences key decisions related to the Category Operating Plan and Range Reviews. This role also ensures that planograms are reviewed, approved, and uploaded according to set schedules, and that all product facings and MDQ rules are accurately updated into MMS.
By aligning commercial agreements with visual representation in stores, the Visual Merchandiser supports overall category performance and contributes to a seamless customer shopping experience.
Job Knowledge:

Skills Required:

Proficiency in space planning software

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
Experience Required:

3–4 years’ experience using a space planning application

3–4 years’ experience within a merchandise department

3–4 years’ experience in a retail environment
Education:

A relevant degree or diploma is essential
