Position Purpose
The Technician will be responsible for supporting the effective maintenance and improvement of infrastructure and operational processes within the organization. This role includes identifying areas for process enhancement, managing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Position Outputs

Coordination of process improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure maintenance.

Analyzing and recommending improvements for TFR-related projects aimed at enhancing operational performance.

Managing and overseeing the implementation of key projects that have a significant operational impact.

Providing detailed reports on project progress and infrastructure performance.

Ensuring that infrastructure maintenance processes adhere to established guidelines and standards.
Qualifications and Experience

National Diploma in Industrial Engineering

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in infrastructure maintenance or in a continuous improvement and project management environment.

Experience in coordinating process improvement initiatives and analyzing infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of implementing projects that improve operational performance.

Valid Code B Driver’s License with competence to drive such a vehicle.
