Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales

• Contact existing and potential customers to promote and sell mobile and telco products.

• Use dynamic sales scripts to present product features, pricing, and benefits.

• Persuade customers to purchase products while addressing their questions and concerns.

• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA standards in all customer interactions.

• Accurately record all customer interactions and update details using the customer debtor system (CDS).

• Maintain high-quality standards on calls in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Customer Information Management

• Accurately update customer records, including personal, employment, and contact details.

• Ensure up-to-date information is captured for effective communication and collections.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a mobile call centre or telesales environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and mobile telecommunications products.

• Confident, persuasive, and able to influence buying decisions.

• Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment.

• Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
