Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls using provided cold leads

Clearly explain insurance products and benefits to potential clients

Guide customers through the application and sign-up process

Professionally handle objections and convert leads into successful sales

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes

Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 12 months’ proven telesales experience
-
Experience selling in a call centre environment

Within DOFA requirements
-
RE5 qualification
-
120 relevant credits
