Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with all skills development activities to ensure optimal operational functioning and continuity of business operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Matric
-
A minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
-
At least 1 year in a learning and development role
-
At least 2 years of administration experience in a client-centric environment
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Understand policies, planning, and strategy related to training needs
-
Develop training needs analysis principles and design learning curriculum
-
Assist in preparing documentation and materials for training internal customers
-
Prepare training materials for external customers
-
Conduct product training for both internal and external customers
-
Transfer technical knowledge to team members and upskill the team
-
Conduct UAT testing, document findings, and report bugs/issues for prospective products
-
Coordinate and facilitate meetings to identify training goals, schedules, and impacted processes
-
Liaise between business and product stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate feedback
-
Manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery of milestones
-
Collaborate with systems, product, and process owners to create training plans for employees
-
Serve as a second line of support for system, process, and product queries
