Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering exciting opportunities for Unemployed Learner Sales positions within the Commercial department. These Sales Learnership opportunities are available across various CCBSA regions and are aimed at young, dynamic individuals eager to gain hands-on experience and formal training in a fast-paced sales environment. Successful candidates will report to the Team Leader: Sales.

Purpose of the Programme

This 12-month learnership is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to grow sales volume, manage order-taking processes, and implement merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers. Learners will be registered for the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)

• Minimum of two South African languages passed at 40%

• Diploma or degree (advantageous)

• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

• Must be between 18 and 35 years of age

• Must be unemployed at the time of appointment

• Must not have completed the same learnership or qualification at another organization

• Must be a South African citizen and meet Employment Equity criteria

• Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership duration
