Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering exciting opportunities within the Commercial department for young, talented individuals seeking to gain experience through a Sales Learnership. These learnership opportunities are available across various regions and report directly to the Team Leader: Sales.

Purpose of the Learnership
The Unemployed Learner Sales programme is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in sales and customer engagement. The 12-month learnership offers formal training towards a National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4) and hands-on experience in real commercial environments. The focus is on building expertise in order taking, volume growth, merchandising, and customer relationship management within a defined geographical area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy passed with a minimum of 40%

• Two South African languages passed with at least 40%

• Diploma or Degree (advantageous)

• Driver’s License (advantageous)

• Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership elsewhere

Additional Requirements

• South African citizen

• Must be currently unemployed

• Employment Equity candidates preferred

• Age between 18 and 35

• Willingness to commit to a 12-month full-time learnership
