Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated VAS Project Manager to lead and coordinate key service-related projects across our store network. This role is responsible for managing new store launches, refurbishments, and IT-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from project planning through to operational readiness. The VAS Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects that align with BOXER’s vision, values, and customer-centric approach.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Financial Management, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within retail or service environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of project tools such as Cube
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive and flexible mindset with a passion for driving results and innovation
• Understanding of BOXER’s brand values and business processes will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Customer service orientation aligned with BOXER’s culture
• Strong planning, organising, and time management skills
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of value-added services for new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring operational readiness on time
• Partner with IT and development teams to manage projects introducing new technologies and services
• Identify and evaluate innovative business opportunities aligned with BOXER’s customer-focused strategy
• Coordinate site readiness by working closely with development and store teams to ensure infrastructure and specifications meet project requirements
• Manage supplier engagements and negotiate service agreements to optimise value, quality, and performance
• Oversee the development of user manuals, quick reference guides, and training materials to support effective adoption of new services and technologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and key stakeholders to ensure high service standards
• Monitor project progress closely and communicate clear, timely updates to all relevant parties
