Clicks Group Careers – Wellness Assistant
Clicks Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Wellness Assistant to join the team. This role requires an individual passionate about health, wellness, and customer care, with the ability to provide informed recommendations on healthcare and supplement products.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement and in-depth product knowledge related to health, wellness, and supplements.

Advise customers on suitable healthcare, nutrition, and supplement options based on their needs.

Promote and increase healthcare sales by cross-selling and upselling a variety of wellness products.

Maintain product availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management and rotation procedures.

Minimise stock losses and prevent wastage through effective risk management and compliance with operational processes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing shopping environment that aligns with store hygiene and merchandising standards.

Assist with product merchandising by adhering to guidelines and visual display standards.

Follow all store operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Stay informed on new products and continuously improve product knowledge, sharing insights with relief staff when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:

Matric with 50% in English and either 50% in pure Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy (essential)

Pass in Life Science or Physical Science (essential)

Qualification in sports, fitness, or nutrition (advantageous)

At least one year of experience in a customer-facing retail role (essential)

Experience in advising or selling sports nutrition and vitamin-related products (essential)

Selling and customer service training (essential)
Skills and Knowledge:

Basic understanding of health, fitness, supplements, and retail store operations

Strong communication, selling, and customer service orientation

Knowledge of stock management and merchandising

Contractual Working Hours:
27 to 40 hours per week
