Workplace Experience Student: HR

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Tiger Brands offers a valuable opportunity to work on and support HR-related projects. This Workplace Experience will provide you with the practical experience needed to complete your qualification and give you an in-depth understanding of your chosen career path in Human Resources.

Job Location: Durban

Responsibilities

As an HR Workplace Experience Student, you will have the chance to take ownership of various tasks:

  • Support project work within the HR department.

  • Contribute to problem-solving and assist with HR-related challenges.

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to complete a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) project as assigned by your Line Manager.

  • Gain hands-on work experience that aligns with your career aspirations.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • A relevant BCom or BTech degree in:

    • HR Management

    • Psychology

    • Industrial/Organisational Psychology

Minimum Requirements:

  • Citizen in the country of hire.

  • Based in the city of hire.

  • Currently in the final year of the relevant qualification.

  • Limited to no full-time work experience (not more than 1 year) in the field of study.

  • Work authorization in the country of application.
