Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Experience Designer (UX) to lead the design of seamless, ethical, and engaging experiences across our product ecosystem and brands. You’ll drive discovery, define service flows, and shape design strategy alongside product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. You’ll also champion experience-led thinking and mentor fellow designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end experience design for complex products and services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify customer problems and opportunities.
- Map service ecosystems and align digital touchpoints with experience goals.
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into strategic design solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, consistency, and inclusive design.
- Contribute to and maintain multi-brand design systems.
- Mentor designers and support design operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital and service design with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in experience strategy, inclusive design, and data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in navigating both high-level service strategy and detailed interface design.
