- Have at least 12 months of International Social Media and Complaints experience (essential)
- Possess experience in travel, e-commerce, retail, or fintech (advantageous)
- Have completed Grade 12 (essential)
- Can work flexible shifts in a 24-hour environment
- Are proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Are self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
