Hybrid Sales Representative – Fidelity Vacancies
Job Description
The Hybrid Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth through the sale of security solutions, including armed monitoring, alarm systems, CCTV, and related technologies. This role focuses on sourcing new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and consistently achieving sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

Sell new alarm systems, system upgrades, additions, CCTV solutions, and electric fencing

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new clients and hardware sales

Identify and develop opportunities within estates, complexes, and new developments
-
Generate and close self-sourced sales leads
-
Promote and sell security solutions to new and existing customers
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and developers
-
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotations
-
Maintain all sales-related administration and documentation

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Proven experience in security sales with a strong sales track record
-
Capital goods sales experience preferred
-
In-depth knowledge of intruder detection equipment, including IDS and DSC alarm systems
-
PSIRA registration, Grade C

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
