Hybrid Sales Representative – Fidelity Vacancies
Role Purpose
The Hybrid Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by sourcing and selling armed monitoring, armed response, and advanced electronic security solutions. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

Sell alarm system upgrades, additions, CCTV systems, and electric fencing solutions

Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new clients and hardware sales
Client Engagement

Generate and close self-sourced sales opportunities

Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales
-
Sell security solutions to both new and existing clients
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and related stakeholders
Reporting and Administration

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation
-
Ensure timely follow-up on all leads, quotes, and proposals
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods sales
-
Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC is advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications
