Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator to perform control room operations and assist with the effective management of control room staff. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification

• Grade C PSIRA registration and accreditation with traceable references

• Firefighting and First Aid training

• Computer literacy in MS Office, CCTV systems, and related applications

• Minimum of three years’ experience within a security control room environment

• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work extended hours when required

• Fluency in English

• Clear criminal record
