Affinity Life Limited is seeking experienced Outbound Call Centre Agents to promote and sell life, health, and funeral insurance products. This role is suited to confident, target-driven sales professionals with proven insurance telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Promote and sell life, health, and funeral insurance products

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes

• Comply with company policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in long-term or short-term insurance telesales

• Matric qualification

• RE5 certification will be an advantage

• Clear criminal record
