Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the Flash footprint within the assigned area by effectively managing all allocated sales channels.

  • Drive growth in Flash device sales to increase regional turnover, ensuring performance aligns with departmental strategies and targets across all devices and payment channels.

  • Grow the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.

  • Conduct comprehensive training on all Flash products at store level during every visit.

  • Manage and grow the SIM card business within the area through effective merchandising of Flash SIM stock.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships while achieving a minimum of 90% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to reduce churn.

  • Support the Kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures and maintain strong relationships with all Kiosk stakeholders in the region.

  • Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations

  • Grade 12

  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English

  • Fully computer literate, including Teams and Excel

  • Valid driver’s license
