Job Description
Responsibilities:

Expand the Flash footprint within the assigned area by effectively managing all allocated sales channels.

Drive growth in Flash device sales to increase regional turnover, ensuring performance aligns with departmental strategies and targets across all devices and payment channels.
-
Grow the acquiring base and turnover by maintaining high adoption rates when deploying Flash devices.
-
Conduct comprehensive training on all Flash products at store level during every visit.
-
Manage and grow the SIM card business within the area through effective merchandising of Flash SIM stock.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships while achieving a minimum of 90% Red Flag completed calls within the sector to reduce churn.

Support the Kiosk environment in line with agreed operational structures and maintain strong relationships with all Kiosk stakeholders in the region.
-
Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

2 to 3 years’ experience in sales or field operations
-
Grade 12
-
Ability to read, speak, and write in English

Fully computer literate, including Teams and Excel

Valid driver’s license
