Key Responsibilities

Assist Sourcing Coordinators with compiling new brief packs

Coordinate outward and inward bound parcels efficiently

Record the movement of garments, swatches, artwork and colour submissions on the GIS system

Transport garments between departments for fit sessions

Ensure garments are available for reviews, showings and related activities
-
Liaise daily with Vendors and Buyers on operational matters

Support internal payment system activities and orders for local packaging

Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
-
Minimum Grade 12
-
2 to 3 years’ experience in administration or clerical roles, preferably within a clothing retailer or importing environment

Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word
