Key Responsibilities

• Manage the fast and cost-effective sourcing of finished goods

• Negotiate pricing, delivery dates and commercial terms with suppliers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

• Apply an understanding of workmanship to recommend fabric and construction alternatives

• Ensure strict adherence to critical path timelines

• Maintain accurate execution of briefs and ensure the PLM system is kept up to date

• Apply trader instinct to drive growth and optimise the sourcing portfolio

• Negotiate styling changes to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for buyers and suppliers

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working directly with overseas suppliers

• Strong administrative capability with excellent written communication skills

• Computer literacy

• Experience within a manufacturing or similar environment will be advantageous

• Previous experience managing or supporting a Sourcing Assistant

• International travel experience with the ability to travel abroad
