Role Purpose
The Hair & Grooming Educator is responsible for delivering high-quality training and development in hair and grooming disciplines, including barbering. This role focuses on developing industry-ready talent through practical instruction, assessment, mentorship, and continuous curriculum improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured hair and grooming training programmes, including practical barbering techniques.

• Demonstrate hands-on skills and ensure learners meet required competency and trade test standards.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on learner performance and progress.

• Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and all related administrative documentation.

• Stay current with local and international hair and grooming trends, techniques, and best practices.

• Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional, workplace-ready standards.

• Support curriculum development and updates, including the creation of training materials.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality assurance requirements.

• Promote a professional, safe, and positive learning environment at all times.

• Experience in programme development and effective communication of product and curriculum updates

Minimum Requirements

• Full trade test certification in Hair and Grooming is advantageous

• Proven practical experience in barbering, grooming, and hair services

• Current knowledge of local and international hair and grooming trends

• Experience in training, mentorship, or education is preferred

• Strong passion for developing talent and advancing industry standards
