Beauty Assistant – Clicks Group Careers
Job Purpose
Provide exceptional service by offering professional advice on beauty and skincare products, managing merchandise effectively, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping to build customer loyalty and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers, answer product questions, and guide them in selecting products and services that meet their needs.

Maximise beauty department sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to consistently achieve monthly targets.

Monitor product performance, analyse sales, and suggest improvements to enhance product offerings and increase sales.

Stay up-to-date with beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Manage all operational activities within the beauty department, including stock management, minimising shrinkage, and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and administration.

Maintain consistent in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards.

Deliver visible and professional customer service by acting as a brand ambassador.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.

Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.

Support the brand in being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving company values.
Minimum Requirements

Essential: Grade 12
-
Desirable: Relevant Beauty or Skincare qualification

Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environment
