Responsibilities

Maintain, develop, and grow the industrial customer base across all categories.

Achieve revenue and volume targets as per the Annual Operating Plan.

Ensure 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate for potential business opportunities.

Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.

Manage debtors, stock levels, and advise production units on demand changes and buffer stock.

Pull and analyze sales reports to drive continuous improvement on route.

Support cost control through efficient vehicle use.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Sales and Health & Safety standards.

Maintain company assets, including handheld computers, mobile phones, uniforms, and vehicles.
Qualifications

Minimum Matric education; fluent in English.

2–3 year Business or Commercial tertiary qualification is an advantage.

5 years’ experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a sales role.

Previous sales experience within the bakery environment is a strong advantage.

Valid Code B driver’s license and own vehicle.
