Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Site Security Plan to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand reputation.

• Serve as a member of the Site Crisis Management Team, executing security functions aligned with business continuity plans.

• Ensure compliance with technological, procedural, manned guarding, and architectural security measures across the premises.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local management, law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and security managers of other multinational companies.

• Conduct periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual risk assessments, recommending cost-effective, best-practice security enhancements.

• Deliver security awareness training for PepsiCo associates and development programs for security teams.

• Provide on-the-spot risk assessment and advice before, during, and after security incidents.

• Support the Area Security Manager in strengthening supply chain protection across Make, Move, and Sell operations.

• Coordinate and conduct investigations into counterfeit, extortion, product contamination, loss reduction, kidnapping, robbery, fraud, corruption, and other security threats.

• Oversee strike or labor dispute protocols, training security guards and employees accordingly.

• Manage third-party security providers, implementing KPI management systems and evaluating service monthly.

• Ensure the professional development and succession planning of security team members.

• Implement all security policies, plans, and site SOPs; report incidents promptly and compile reports according to policy.

• Monitor CCTV recordings daily and provide evidence as required for security or safety incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including 3 years in security within the private or industrial sector.

• Security PSIRA (Grade A) qualification.

• Strong knowledge of security best practices, principles, and objectives.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment, including being available 24/7.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
